Our COVID process :

- Thorough, daily disinfection of guest rooms with an emphasis on frequent touch points, such as door handles, remote controls, switches

- Social distancing

- Staggered work shifts

Our bed bug process :

Every day the housekeeper meticulously checks the rooms, if suspicion is proven, we follow this protocol :

- Intervention with our partner Easy service within 24h

- Clearing furniture for dry cleaning

- Intensive chemical treatment in two interventions

- First visit from our partner, the room is blocked for 10 days

- Second visit of our partner after the 10th day for verification, and validation for opening the room
